Quick Tip to Help Lose Weight

An article in Yahoo news written by Will Dunham suggests keeping a detailed food diary that includes everything you eat and drink along with the calorie count. According to Dunham, a study was performed using over 1600 women and those who used a diary lost twice as much weight.
